Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage all customers to review our size guides carefully before placing an order.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at BradyStechDesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
